To familiarise you with our operational framework, here are essential terms we require your agreement before proceeding further

Time Basis Rate

£70 for the first hour

£50 per hour thereafter

Waste Removal

I do not handle large waste removal. Customers can arrange this externally.

Invoicing

Invoices are sent via email with a 24-hour payment expectation.

Failure to comply will result in the application of statutory interest.

Materials

I do charge for time spent collecting materials.

Material costs are at cost price plus 20%

Other

Alessandro and his team are fully insured.

Cancellations within 36 hours incur a 50% charge.

Date/time adjustments may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Photographs may be used for marketing unless otherwise specified.

Guaranteed parking is required for tool safety and accessibility.

Any parking charge will be added to the final price.
